EPC Certificate

Our EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) service ensures that your property meets energy efficiency standards and provides you with essential information about its energy performance. On the day of the scheduled visit, a qualified energy assessor will arrive at your property to conduct a comprehensive evaluation. The assessment includes examining key elements such as the building’s insulation, heating systems, windows, and overall construction.

The assessor will measure the dimensions of your property, check the efficiency of the heating and hot water systems, and inspect insulation levels in walls, floors, and roof spaces. They will also evaluate the type and condition of windows and doors. Throughout the assessment, the assessor may ask questions about any recent upgrades or renovations to gather accurate data.

After completing the inspection, the assessor will use the collected data to generate an EPC, which provides an energy efficiency rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). You will receive a detailed report outlining your property’s current energy efficiency, potential improvements, and estimated energy costs. This certificate is essential for selling or renting your property, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and helping you understand how to make your property more energy-efficient.
